The Company

A leading joinery company specialising in high-quality joinery products, located near Mordialloc. Our client is currently seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a company that values craftsmanship and precision. Additionally, please note that this position is initially offered as a long-term contract role, with the potential to transition into a permanent position for the right candidate.

Job Description

As the CNC Operator, you will play a pivotal role within our client's production team, ensuring the quality and precision of their joinery products. Your responsibilities will involve the setup and operation of CNC and edge banding machinery.

Key Responsibilities

· Operate CNC and edge banding machinery to complete joinery products

· Configure and adjust equipment to meet specified requirements

· Strictly adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment

· Collaborate closely with team members to meet production targets

Qualifications

· Proven experience as a CNC Operator

· Familiarity with CNC and edge banding machinery/tools

· Keen attention to detail and a dedication to quality

· Fundamental knowledge of woodworking and joinery techniques

· Effective communication and teamwork capabilities

· A commitment to workplace safety
