The Role & Branch

As a Service Advisor based in the Western suburbs of Melbourne, you'll enjoy a Monday-to-Friday schedule, overseeing a team of Technicians and managing customer service in your area.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead daily service planning and execution for the team
  • Ensure fair and efficient work allocation to Service Technicians
  • Address customer issues promptly and deliver effective solutions
  • Manage operations across assigned sites, workshops, and machinery
  • Maintain strict safety standards
  • Train and develop staff

What We're Looking For

You don't need to come from a trade background, but if you've worked with technicians in a time sensitive environment and are ready for a new challenge, I'd love to hear from you. You'll bring:

  • Proven experience in a maintenance environment
  • Solid experience in maintenance planning and service execution
  • Knowledge of SAP or willing to learn
  • Strong customer service, time management, and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
