Leading custom home builder in Perth, specialising in high-end, bespoke homes is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Contracts Administrator!

We are looking for a Contracts Administrator who will play a key role in managing the contractual processes for our high-end residential projects.
You will work closely with our project managers, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery, on time and within budget. This role is ideal for someone who has experience in the construction industry and a passion for ensuring high standards of quality and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, review, and manage contracts, subcontracts, and other documentation for projects.
- Coordinate with project managers, clients, and subcontractors to ensure clear understanding and compliance with contract terms.
- Assist with the procurement of materials, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effectiveness.
- Monitor and track project costs, variations, and progress claims.
- Maintain detailed records of contract changes, variations, and approvals.
- Provide administrative support during the tender process and prepare relevant reports and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Liaise with legal advisors when necessary to address contractual issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address any discrepancies and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in contracts administration within the construction industry (ideally residential or custom home building).
- Strong knowledge of building contracts and legal requirements in the construction sector.
- High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple contracts and projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Proficiency in contract management software and MS Office Suite.
