Sales Administrator – Residential Builder

ABOUT THE COMPANY

We are currently working with a client located on the Gold Coast to find an experienced Sales Administrator. They are looking for someone to join the team to work closely with the national and state sales managers and the wider sales team to deliver all administration support.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The role is for someone who has a positive attitude, a passion for hard work and getting the job done. As a Sales Administrator, it is a crucial part of the business so for this role you will have to have experience in the residential market, an eye for detail and great organisational skills.

DUTIES

• Effectively working within a team of administrators and providing hands-on leadership support
• Managing the sales systems and delivering timely updates where needed
• Stock management and being one step ahead of urgent stock needs
• Inputting all documentation and updates into the correct systems and working closely with the BDM and sales team
• Supporting with training new staff and being a 'go-to' for support within the admin team
• Being adaptive and supporting the business where necessary

WHAT YOU NEED

• Excellent organisational skills
• Strong communication - both written and verbal
• 1-2 years' experience in a sales admin role
• Experience working towards KPI's
