ABOUT THE COMPANY

Our client is one of the leading residential builders across Queensland and is currently looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to join their team on the northside. They are rapidly growing and already have a huge workbook for 2025!

ABOUT THE ROLE

The role is suitable for someone who has worked within the residential construction industry and is looking to work with an established builder. You will be supervising a minimum of 12 - 15 homes at any given time that are of high quality.

You will work with leaders in the field, receiving exceptional support from the office and a very hands on construction manager.

WHAT YOULL NEED

• Minimum 3+ years working as a Site Supervisor in the residential industry
• QBCC Building license is essential
• Working with both low and high set homes
• Ability to work towards targets effectively including budget, time and quality management

WHAT YOULL GET

• Reporting to one of the most experienced construction managers in the market
• Salary will be $120k + Super + Car. The salary can vary depending on experience
• Brilliant location on the northside
