The Company:

One of VIC's most sought after domestic builders presently has a rare and exciting opportunity for a Production Estimator to join their current team.

My client offers a structure to their estimators that also allows them to be trained and grow within sales estimating also. If you are looking to expand on your current capabilities and become more universal within the industry, then this role is for you.

The Role:

Reporting to the General Manager, this role will involve:

• Completing all building estimating requirements
• Producing accurate documentation within budgeted timelines
• Resolving ordering oversights and making amendments
• Creating BOQ's
• Excellent customer service skills towards on-site staff, suppliers, trades, and stakeholders
• Variations and inclusions

About You:

If you possess a can-do attitude, enjoy new challenges, and are able to work with a variety of fast paced projects, this could be the role for you!

The successful candidate will ideally have:

• 3+ years of experience within the Residential Construction industry
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
• Evidence of proactive qualities and hold the ability to work autonomously
• Proficient in Databuild
