Company Description

I am working with a multi award winning major electrical contractor, who due to recent project wins, as well as a solid pipeline of major works, are looking for a Construction Manager or Project Director to join their ever growing team.

Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Construction Manager / Project Director located in Sydney, NSW. The role involves overseeing and managing large construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery. Responsibilities include planning, coordinating, and budgeting projects, as well as collaborating with stakeholders and teams to achieve project goals.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in electrical construction management or project director roles
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage construction projects effectively
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and safety standards
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
• Proficiency in project management software and MS Office suite
• Electrical trade background
