Site Manager – Data Centres, Labs, Pharma up to $100m

We're looking for a competent Supervisor or Site Manager to join a National Contractor on specialized service heavy projects up to $100m.

• Work in a very specialized area of the industry on service heavy projects
• VIC is a major growth area for the business currently
• Strong pipeline of work entering 2025

Roles and Responsibilities

· Day-to-day management of all daily site activities as well as on-site safety.

· Run the on-site budget and all trades until project completion

· Manage the weekly programme and comply with business systems

· Manage the activity of subcontractors and site labour

· Ensure a high level of communication and teamwork through direct communications and on-site meetings

· Consistently achieve and assist sub-contractors in their obligations to meet the highest quality of work

· Support the Senior Site Manager when required

Ideal Candidate

· Must hold a relevant construction degree and qualifications

· 5 Years + with a Tier 1 or 2 head contractors

· Previous experience working on $30m + Australian construction project - health background beneficial

· Strong relationships with subcontractor within Victoria

· Take full responsibility for all site aspects of the project

· Exposure to working directly with clients and consultants
