The role

Full time position, supporting and working closely with our Head of Construction whilst managing our construction sites in remote areas of QLD. The role will include, but is not limited to, overseeing and directing construction projects from conception to completion. This position would suit an experienced individual who is ready to sink their teeth into a new construction challenge ensuring projects run as expected.

You will

• Proven experience working in construction management
• Advanced knowledge of construction management processes, means and methods
• Expert knowledge of building products, construction details and rules, regulations and quality standards
• Understanding of all aspects of construction processes
• Familiarity with construction management software packages
• Ability to plan and ''see the big picture''
• Competent in conflict and crisis management
• Leadership and human resources management skills
• BD degree in construction management, architecture, engineering or related field
• MUST be happy to spend a large part of the year away as the jobs are I remote areas of QLD
