My client is presently seeking a Senior BOQ Estimator that holds both end to end technical knowledge around job pricing as well the ability to support the Team Lead.

This builder specialises in a range of project types that this position will be involved across. From medium density developments, to turnkey homes in the greenfields, to custom homes, this builder does it all.

The Role:

A outgoing individual, who is looking to progress within their day to day

• Cost and price all jobs prior to being sent to the sales team
• Train and upskill other estimators in the team
• Work with clients on their selections
• Ability to work with the client, darfters, trades, suppliers to meet requirements
• Strong construction and financial analysis knowledge

About You:

• 3-4 years experience estimating for a new home/volume builder - Production/BOQ
• Trade background is a plus
• Strong technical capabilities
• A personable character with the ability to build rapport with stakeholders
