Are you an experienced and trade qualified cabinet maker looking to progress your career in a management role?

An opportunity to join a growing business, with over 25 years in cabinet making based in the Eastern suburbs of Brisbane. The role would be leading and overseeing a talented and dynamic team of 20 -30 team members in a factory foreman role.

About you:

• Trade qualified cabinet maker - with a minimum of 2 years working qualified in the trade.
• Strong communication skills to be able to motivate the team and create a positive working environment.
• Problem solver and ability to work within deadlines.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Must be motivated to learning, receptive to feedback and passionate about progressing your career in the industry.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Oversee the day-to-day factory operations and production processes
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards
• Work collaboratively with another factory supervisor
• Manage and motivate the factory team - assisting apprentices and younger tradesmen where required.
• Maintenance and stock take of equipment and machinery.
• Daily reporting into production management.
