A leading residential construction company specialising in delivering high-quality single and double-storey homes is seeking an Experienced Residential Site Supervisor to join their team and help maintain their reputation for delivering quality homes on time and within budget. With a strong focus on excellence, they pride themselves on building homes that exceed client expectations.

Role Overview:

As an Experienced Residential Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of residential construction sites, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality single and double-storey homes. You will work closely with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure that each project is completed efficiently, on time, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise the construction of single and double-storey homes from start to finish, ensuring the highest standards of workmanship and quality are maintained at all times.
• Oversee site safety, ensuring compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors and tradespeople, ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of their work.
• Monitor project progress, ensuring that milestones are achieved within the agreed timeframe and budget.
• Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and suppliers to resolve any issues that may arise on site.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks, ensuring that all work meets company standards and specifications.
• Maintain clear communication with project managers and provide regular updates on site progress, challenges, and milestones.
• Ensure all required documentation, permits, and approvals are in place and up-to-date.
• Ensure that all work is carried out to a high standard of quality, with a focus on attention to detail and finishing.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in the residential construction industry, specifically with single and double-storey homes.
• Strong knowledge of residential construction processes, including all stages of building from foundations through to completion.
• Experience working with and managing a trade base to ensure the successful execution of all aspects of the build.
• A hands-on approach with excellent knowledge of quality control, ensuring every detail is perfect.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to coordinate teams and liaise with various stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
• Familiarity with construction software and project management tools is an advantage.
• A strong commitment to safety and regulatory compliance on-site.
• Trade qualification or relevant construction certifications are highly desirable.
