Mechanical Plumber – Service & Warranty Manager (HVAC Systems)

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Residential Mechanical Plumber with a strong background in HVAC systems to join our team.

• Mechanical Plumber - (Licended is a huge advantage!)
• Experience with gas ducted heaters, evaporative coolers, split systems etc
• Strong background in the domestic residential

About the Role:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Residential Mechanical Plumber with a strong background in HVAC systems to join our team. This role is based in the domestic residential sector, primarily focused on new build projects. You will be responsible for overseeing service and warranty operations while leading and guiding a team of four field service technicians.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and daily direction to our field service technicians, assisting with their queries and ensuring efficient service delivery.
• Review and document notes left by technicians in the field, acting as a liaison between the technicians and clients to ensure seamless communication.
• Address warranty back charges, assess fault responsibility, and liaise with installers to resolve issues based on your expertise in the field.
• Manage escalated customer queries by meeting clients, customers, and manufacturers on-site to resolve any complex issues.

Key Requirements:

• Mechanical Plumber - (Licended is a huge advantage!)
• Experience with gas ducted heaters, evaporative coolers, split systems, and reverse cycle ducted systems (service and warranty).
• Previous experience working with service agents for Braemar, Brivis, Rinnai, Daikin, Fujitsu, or Actron is highly preferred.
• Strong background in the domestic residential sector, specifically new builds.
• Ability to manage both technical issues and client relationships effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
