We're looking for a Project Manager with experience working on complex, service heavy projects $20m+ for a Head Contractor to join a National Business
Permanent position available for an experienced Project Manager with a leading Fit Out & Refurb National Contractor who specialize in complex service heavy projects.
Job Title: Project Manager
Sub Heading: Work on labs, data centres, pharma up to $60/70m.

An opportunity has arisen with a highly regarded Fit Out and Refurbishment company who are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their busy office. With an impressive portfolio of completed projects, they have a busy pipeline of work upcoming and have the need to bring another integral team member on board to assist with the growing work load.
The Role:
▪ Manage the successful delivery of the project from inception to completion
▪ Drive the construction team & liaise closely with the Site Manager and CA team
▪ Assuring that project milestones are reached successfully & within target dates
▪ Produce and provide progress and cost reports
▪ Control all financial and budgetary requirements
Skills & experience required:
▪ Minimum 5 years' experience managing interior fit out & refurbishment projects
▪ Proven experience working on complex projects $10m+
▪ Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
▪ Highly developed programming & management skills
