We are currntly looking for a senior production estimator to join a residential home builder on the Gold Coast!

ABOUT THE COMPANY
Our client is a leading Brisbane-based home builder creating beautiful new homes. They pride themselves on their brilliant culture, motivated team and ability to deliver a high-quality product to the market!
Due to exciting growth, an opportunity has opened up for a senior Production Estimator to join their team!
THE ROLE
- Carry out full production estimates for new housing projects.
- Responsible for every aspect of the home's estimation, including requesting quotes, liaising with suppliers, preparing material take-offs and raising purchase orders.
- Preparing BOQs for completed jobs.
- Releasing and managing purchase orders.
- You will bring superb time management skills that will ensure you can manage the high levels of workflow.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED
- Minimum of 5 year's experience as a Production Estimator within the residential building industry (local experience is preferred)
- A strong focus on attention to detail and sound construction knowledge
- Team orientated - enjoy working with and leading a team
- Have a flexible approach to work as well as the ability to multi-task and prioritise work
- Databuild experience is essential
