Residential Production Estimator

We are currently looking for a production estimator to join a new home builder in Loganholme.

ABOUT THE COMPANY

Our client is a leading Brisbane-based home builder creating beautiful new homes. They pride themselves on their brilliant culture, motivated team and ability to deliver a high-quality product to the market!

Due to exciting growth, an opportunity has opened up for a Production Estimator to join their team!

THE ROLE

• Carry out full production estimates for new housing projects.
• Responsible for every aspect of the home's estimation, including requesting quotes, liaising with suppliers, preparing material take-offs and raising purchase orders.
• Preparing BOQs for completed jobs.
• Releasing and managing purchase orders.
• You will bring superb time management skills that will ensure you can manage the high levels of workflow.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

• Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Production Estimator within the residential building industry (local experience is preferred)
• A strong focus on attention to detail and sound construction knowledge
• Team orientated
• Databuild experience is essential
