Are you an experienced foreman looking to lead a talented team in a growing company? We are seeking a Joinery Factory Foreman to join our dynamic client based in Fairfield. Specialising in high-quality residential joinery (primarily apartment projects), this role offers the opportunity to oversee a team of 15-20 skilled joiners, ensuring efficient production and high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day factory operations and production processes
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards
• Manage and motivate a team of skilled joiners, fostering a positive work environment
• Collaborate with management to improve efficiency and drive continuous improvement

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a foreman or supervisory role within the joinery industry
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Ability to ensure high-quality production standards and timely project delivery
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
