- $150,000 - $170,000 + Super + Vehicle/Allowance

As an HVAC Project Manager, you will oversee the successful delivery of construction projects from inception to completion. With project values ranging from $1M to $20M, you'll manage timelines, budgets, and stakeholder relationships while ensuring technical excellence and compliance with industry standards.

The Role
Oversee the delivery of end to end construction projects in the HVAC industry, predominately commercial, health, and retail.
- Lead HVAC construction projects across Sydney, including planning, execution, and delivery.
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
- Review and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address challenges.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and quality assurance protocols.
- Prepare detailed progress reports for clients and senior management.
Requirements
- Previous experience managing HVAC construction projects.
- Ideally best suited to someone coming from the trade.
