The branch and working hours
As a Service Coordinator, you will be based from the Melbourne branch (Western suburbs), working Monday-Friday.
The role
In this role you will enjoy leading the daily customer service for a team of Technicians and to know the customers' installed base and service opportunities in the area. Your duties will involve;-
- Overseeing daily service planning and execution
- Ensuring daily work allocation to Service Technicians are properly and fairly distributed to the team
- Ensuring customer problems are attended to promptly and solutions are provided in a timely manner
- Managing the complete operations of the allocated sites, workshop and machines
- Ensuring safety is exercised at all time
- Training staff
Your skills and experience
You may or may not come from a trade background, but have worked as a Service Advisor in the past and looking for a new challenge. You will bring;-
- Several years of relevant experience in a maintenance planning role
- Ability to plan efficient service execution
- Knowledge of SAP
- Customer service skills and effective time management skills
- Sound analytical and numeracy skills
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Excellent interpersonal and planning skills
