The Role
As a Parts and Service Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving aftermarket sales across parts, remanufactured components, and service contracts. Based out of Melbourne and covering Victoria and South Australia, your responsibilities include:
- Developing and converting sales opportunities for parts, services, and insight-based care contracts
- Building strong relationships with existing customers while targeting new business opportunities
- Gathering competitive pricing insights and collaborating with internal teams to ensure market competitiveness
- Visiting customer sites, engaging with purchasing and maintenance teams, and promoting offerings
- Utilizing insight to track machine performance and identify potential parts sales opportunities
Your Value
We're looking for a proactive, results-driven individual with commercial acumen who has the ability to build relationships, identify opportunities, and deliver results. You will also have:
- Mechanical or electrical trade qualifications OR a demonstrated background in mobile/heavy equipment
- Proven experience in sales and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A willingness to travel within the assigned territory
