The role

As a workshop auto electrician you will be responsible for maintenance, repairs, rebuilds, along with fit outs on a broad range of equipment. You will enjoy;-

• Working with a close-knit team of experienced tradespeople and an excellent management team
• Opportunity to work on a range of equipment and upskill on UG mobile plant
• Working on technically challenging project that will develop you skills

The workshop

Located at Eagle Farm this large maintenance facility is well equipped and has the capacity and capability for all realms of machinery maintenance from;-

• Full rebuilds to servicing & machinery assembly
• Heavy fabrication
• Fitting & turning work
• Supported by a large well-equipped stores

The opportunity

This is a great opportunity to secure a workshop-based role on the northside with a reputable mining contactor. Enjoy long term long security working withing a close knit team of LV fitters, Diesel Fitters and Boilermakers. You will also enjoy;-

• 9-day fortnight, working 10 hours days

Your value

• Trade qualified Auto Electrician
• Earthmoving machinery experience (highly regarded but not essential)
• High level of detail and ability to deliver quality work
• Team player and a great attitude towards work
• Cert II AC tickets or RHL (highly regarded, not essential)
