About the role:
In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth financial flow of the business by effectively managing accounts receivable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct credit checks on new and existing clients.
- Issue invoices accurately and timely.
- Monitor invoice payments closely and follow up on overdue accounts.
- Conducting and reporting the credit risks.
- Negotiate payment plans with clients experiencing difficulties.
- Escalate serious debt issues to management.
- Maintain accurate records of all credit activities.
Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience as a Credit Controller, with a strong preference for candidates with experience within the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of credit and collections principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
