We are working with a well-established company based in Alexandria, specialising in high-end residential projects across Sydney, with an exciting pipeline of projects for 2025, including developments worth up to $7 million. With a growing pipeline of work, our client is now seeking a Contracts Administrator to join the team based in Alexandria.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to be part of a close-knit, supportive team, with the chance to learn from industry professionals and gain hands-on experience managing complex residential projects in Sydneys Eastern Suburbs.

About you:

  • Previous experience in a similar Contracts Administrator role within the residential construction industry, ideally with a luxury builder.
  • Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • A passion for working on luxury residential projects.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise with clients, contractors, and subcontractors.
