Location: Melbourne

Salary: $120,000 - $140,000 depending on experience + ALL EBA BENEFITS

We're looking for an experienced Senior Security Technician to join a well-established and highly respected company specialising in service and maintenance for security systems across medical, education, government, aged care, and commercial sectors. This role focuses on supporting and maintaining systems like Access Control, CCTV, and Intrusion Detection.

Key Responsibilities:

• Service, maintain, and support security systems including Inner Range Infiniti & Integriti AC, Milestone VMS, Axis cameras, and more.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical issues.
• Perform system upgrades, repairs, and preventative maintenance.
• Build strong relationships with clients and provide expert advice.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in service and maintenance of security systems, including Access Control, CCTV, and Intrusion Detection.
• Hands-on experience with Inner Range Infiniti & Integriti AC, Milestone VMS, and Axis cameras.
• Strong problem-solving skills and technical knowledge.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Relevant qualifications and licenses.
