My client is a leading national insurance builder who also offer their restoration services when damage hits either a customers home or a commercial building.
Looking for an experienced Claims Admin to join their restoration team based out of their state of the art office in the Gold Coast.
About the role:
- Work closely with the restoration technician team to be able to schedule their jobs and review their reports for accuracy.
- Ensure all documentation is proof read for errors and comprehensive to be able to submit to insurers.
- Create invoices for completed jobs from the technicians.
- Provide updates to the client throughout the life of the claim.
- Manage tasks efficiently to achieve KPIs.
About you:
- Min 1 year in the role or similiar
- Restoration specific experience is advantageous but not mandatory - Claims admin from the insurance builder side encouraged to apply
- High level attention to detail
- Willingness to learn
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to handle fast paced/ high pressure environments
