Opportunity for a HVAC Site Manager to join a well-estbalished company to work across high profile construction projects across NSW. This company has a strong reputation in the industry for the work they do, as well as providing a supportive culture to allow technical and professional growth.

About the role

HVAC Site Manager opportunity working in a large projects team, with construction values up to $20 million

  • Manage a variety of HVAC installation works on commercial, health, educational, and retail projects across Sydney and regional NSW.
  • Liaise with builders, subcontractors, and other trades on site.
  • Organise and manage materials, equipment and procurement.
  • Review plans, designs, and drawings.
  • Work closely with a team of technicians, engineers, and project managers to successfully deliver projects.
  • Manage, mentor, and train team members.
  • Run toolbox talks and safety meetings.

What you need

  • Previous experience managing HVAC installation and construction projects.
  • HVAC trade experience, with ARCtick license.
  • Strong management and relationship skills.
  • Knowledge of Australian Building Standards.
  • Drivers License.
