Seeking an experinced Leading Hand to join a growing luxury home builder. Projects are located in Sydneys North-West.

• North-West Sydney location; busy pipeline for 2025
• Highend residential builder with a great industry reputation
• Lead the trades onsite to ensure high quality is delivered

I am seeking an experienced Leading Hand to join a fast growing residential builder specialising in highend residential projects across Sydneys North West. With an exciting year ahead, our client is looking for a detail-oriented Leading Hand to oversee quality control and lead their on-site team.

The ideal candidate will be able to lead and guide a small team (2-3 workers depending on the project) while ensuring the highest quality of work across all stages of the build. You will be responsible for managing multiple projects concurrently, depending on their progress.

Key Requirements:

• Carpentry Trade Qualification: Must hold a completed carpentry trade qualification.
• Cert IV in Building and Construction: A current Certificate IV is required.
• Proven experience in carpentry, specifically new builds.
• Strong knowledge of framing, roofing, cladding, and finishing.
• High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality work.
• Experienced in leading an onsite team of trades.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
