Plumbing Manager - Leadership Opportunity.

We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Plumbing Manager to join our client, who are a highly respected and fast-growing multi-trade company based in Western Sydney. They pride themselves on a strong culture of safety, compliance, and excellence, and we are looking for a leader who can guide the plumbing division to even greater success.

As a Plumbing Manager, you will be an integral part of the leadership team, responsible for overseeing all plumbing operations and managing a team of skilled professionals. You'll ensure projects and maintenance operations are completed efficiently, on time, and within budget, all while upholding the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of Plumbing Tradesman, Supervisors, Estimators, and Project Administrators across multiple projects.
• Identify new business opportunities and drive growth by acquiring new customers, securing contracts, and managing tenders.
• Oversee the planning, coordination, and successful execution of plumbing projects.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols, building codes, and operational procedures.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to resolve any concerns and ensure satisfaction.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and divisional reports.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team efficiency and service delivery.
• Ensure the optimal deployment and scheduling of team members based on their skills and the project needs.
• Develop and implement strategies for the ongoing growth of the plumbing division, both in terms of workforce and financial performance.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in plumbing management or a similar leadership role within the commercial plumbing and maintenance space.
• Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving capabilities.
• Certificate IV in Plumbing.
• A valid driver's license
