About the Role

This is a well recognised HVAC company that work across Australia on tier one construction projects. They are currently seeking a Project Manager to work across their commercial and industrial divisions successfully managing the construction works. The role will see you working directly under two Construction Managers, splitting your time working across healthcare, retail, warehouses, data centres and more!

• Successfully manage and deliver HVAC construction projects to the program of the builder and client.
• Projects can include the construction of Data Centres, Hospitals, Schools, Shopping Centres, Warehouses etc.
• Complete detailed planning of project progress and performance and report to the Construction Manager.
• Liaise with clients during tender meetings and site visits.
• Manage project financials, including budgets, forecasts, and profit/loss.
• Work alongside Design and Mechanical Engineers, as well as site based teams with multiple Site Managers reporting to you.
• Manage suppliers, subcontractors, trades, and labour requirements.
• Ensure compliance across all Australian Building Standards, as well as Work Health and Safety.

What you need

• Previous experience working as a Project Manager in the HVAC industry.
• HVAC trade experience, or previously a background in Mechanical Engineer.
• Interpersonal skills and ability to successfully manage difficult situations.
• Experience with running multiple projects across commercial or industrial construction.
