The role

• Managing client files, approvals & reporting
• Liaising with new and existing clients throughout sale and pre-construction
• Accurate completion of new clients & sales files
• Maintain a high level of customer service
• Deliver administrative tasks and support where needed
• Distribution of Construction Documentation
• Accurate data entry using DataBuild & Onsite Companion

To be successful you will need

• Emphasis on customer service and professionalism in your approach
• Building & construction experience in a related role is essential
• Exceptional time management
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills experience with Databuild & Onsite Companion
• A strong work ethic and ability to multi task
