Site Supervisor – Residential

Currently looking for a residential site supervisor to work with a national builder. Work book located inner city!

ABOUT THE COMPANY

Our client is one of the leading residential builders nationally and is currently looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to join their team. They pride themselves on being innovative in the way they build their homes and work with their clients and upholding this as they continue to grow.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The role is suitable for someone who has worked within the residential construction industry and is looking to work with an established builder. You will be supervising a minimum of 12 - 15 homes at any given time that are of high quality.

Their homes range in value from $400k - $1m+ across a mix of low and high set homes. The workbook currently consists of both estate work and more custom homes. You will work with leaders in the field, receiving exceptional support from the office with a full team of both production and sales estimators.

WHAT YOULL NEED

• Minimum 3+ years working as a Site Supervisor in the residential industry
• QBCC Building license is essential
• Working with both low and high set homes
• Ability to work towards targets effectively including budget, time and quality management

WHAT YOULL GET

• Reporting to one of the most experienced construction managers in the market
• Salary will be $120k + Super + Car + Phone + Fuel card. The salary can vary depending on experience
• Brilliant location working close to the inner city
