As the House & Land Coordinator, you will be working alongside multiple teams across the business such as Estimating, Drafting and Sales & Marketing, to create and bring exciting House & Land Packages to life!
What will you be doing?
- Create competitive House & Land Packages across S.E Queensland in line with the market.
- Support a high performing sales team with the coordination, delivery and administration of House & Land Packages.
- Work closely with the Operations department to manage the value of fixed-site costs.
- Network and promote H&L offerings using your existing deep relationships and network in the industry.
- Monitor and report on packaging results and status, identify future areas of opportunity for the business.

You will need:
- Experience as a House & Land Coordinator with a project home builder is essential OR experience in a Land Sales/Development function.
- Deep knowledge of the Queensland Housing Market and residential construction industry is a must.
- You will be a forward thinker with a proven ability to think on your feet. It is also important that you bring professionalism and reliability to the role.
- Being a team player is essential to be successful in this role as you will be working collaboratively with multiple teams in the business daily.
- Strong and established external relationships with land agents, developers, marketers etc.
