A well-established and dynamic plumbing contractor specialising in commercial construction, refurbishment & maintenance with a strong focus on mechanical plumbing. They are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join their team and help drive our business forward.

The Role:
As the Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating day-to-day operations, ensuring the efficient delivery of construction, refurbishment and maintenance plumbing services. You will be responsible for managing a team of skilled professionals, optimising workflow processes, and maintaining high standards of health, safety, and quality. Your leadership will be crucial to the continued success and expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all operations related to various plumbing projects.
• Supervise and lead the team, providing direction and support to ensure high-performance standards.
• Coordinate project schedules, resources, and materials to ensure timely and cost-effective project completion.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers to maintain strong relationships and address any issues that may arise.
• Monitor and improve operational efficiency and performance, identifying areas for continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and project financials, ensuring projects stay within scope and budget.
• Prepare and present reports to senior management on project progress, challenges, and successes.

• Strong understanding of mechanical plumbing systems and commercial maintenance processes.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with clients, suppliers, and team members.
