The role
4 day working week split across 10-hour days with Monday or Fridays off. Imagine a 3-day weekend… Every week!
Day to day responsibilities and work type will include drafting drawings to 3D renders for clients using Cabinet Vision software, rectify defaults, sending jobs to the CNC machine and utilise quality workmanship on a variety of projects. A strong technical understanding of drafting projects from scratch is ideal, as well as modifying designs from a content library. Working alongside a supportive team of Drafters, Sales, Estimators, Project Managers and Factory Staff to produce designs on time and to client specifications.
You will
Have experience as a Drafter working on cabinetry and joinery projects
Work on projects in the region of $75K-$500K onwards
Possess solid years' experience with Cabinet Vision or similar software (Microvellum, AutoCAD, Pytha etc)
Ability to project manage your own work and work simultaneously
Trade qualified in cabinet making / joinery is advantageous but not essential
Manage multiple projects at once - each project is bespoke and tailored to our customers' needs perfectly
Open to longer shifts but get a shorter working week in return
Work in a team environment whilst managing your own daily workflow
Be able to produce detailed technical drawings efficiently and accurately
