About Us:
Our client is a leading player in the residential construction industry, dedicated to delivering quality homes wand creating an outstanding working environment. We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Building Coordinator to join a dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pre-Site Coordination:
  Review project documentation, ensuring all required permits, drawings, and specifications are in place before construction begins.

• On-Site Coordination:
  Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and project specifications.

• Management Assistance & Leadership Development:
  Collaborate with senior management to improve project processes, optimize workflow, and contribute to overall business goals.
  Assist in mentoring and training junior coordinators and other team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.
  Opportunity to grow into leadership positions with increased responsibility in project management and team oversight.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in residential construction, including both pre-site and on-site coordination.
• Strong knowledge of building processes, construction codes, and safety regulations.
• Previous management or leadership experience is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to problem-solve and think critically under pressure.
• Proficiency in project management software is a plus.
