The Company
Our Client is a market leading Project Management and Construction Management software provider to the residential construction market in Australia. They empower builders across Australia and New Zealand to streamline their projects using our innovative solutions.
About the Role
As a Training and Implementation Consultant, you'll work closely with a variety of builders, from small businesses through to award winning Top 10 Builders. You'll provide hands-on training, helping them adopt the systems provided and improve their daily operations.
- Client Communication: Liaise and communicate with a wide range of clients to understand their unique challenges and deliver customised training solutions.
- Training & Consulting: Travel across Australia and New Zealand to provide hands-on training and consulting services to help clients implement our products successfully.
- Product Expertise: Become an expert on our product suite, demonstrating and training clients on how our solutions benefit their business.
- Innovation Support: Collaborate with the product development team, testing new features and gathering client feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
About You
- Is skilled at training and enjoys helping others succeed with new technologies
- Has strong communication skills and can engage with a wide variety of clients, from small businesses to large enterprises
- Is proactive in solving client challenges and can create tailored training solutions
- Has the ability to travel across Australia and New Zealand to provide on-site training and consulting - this is an integral part of the role and is non-negotiable
- Is adaptable, organised, and eager to stay up-to-date with product enhancements
