Estimator (Part Time)

Opportunity for an experienced Part-Time Estimator to work across highend renovation projects on Sydneys Northern Beaches.

• Part-time role (2 days per week); Hornsby location
• Highend builder specialising in renovations ($1M - $2M)
• Family owned business, work closely with the owner

About the company:
A leading residential builder specialising in high-quality home renovations and additions across Sydney's North Shore is seeking a Part-Time Estimator to join their small, close-knit team. This is a great opportunity to work directly with the business owner, while enjoying flexible hours of two days a week.

About the role:
The Estimator will be responsible for preparing detailed cost estimates and quotations for highend renovation projects valued between $1M - $2M. The position offers 2 days per week and involves working closely with the owner on up to 4 projects at any given time. While renovations are their specialty, they are also currently managing a new build project. The role includes site visits to assess project requirements, ensuring accurate and timely estimates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage cost estimates and quotations for renovation projects.
• Work directly with the owner on quoting for up to 4 projects.
• Visit sites to assess project scope and requirements.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure estimates align with project budgets.

Skills & Experience:

• Experience in estimating residential renovations with a leading builder.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and costs.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently within a small team.
