Client Overview:
Our client is a homebuilder specializing in high-end, luxury residential projects. As they continue to expand, they are seeking a highly skilled Contract Administrator to join their dynamic team.

Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Contract Administrator with a strong background in the luxury residential construction sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record working on multi-million dollar projects (homes valued $10M and above), and possess a solid understanding of budgeting, project coordination, and procurement processes.

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for overseeing the contractual and financial aspects of projects, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage contracts, including preparation, review, and negotiations for high-end residential projects.
  • Coordinate project budgets and track costs to ensure financial objectives are met.
  • Raise and manage Purchase Orders (POs) to facilitate the procurement of materials and services.
  • Work closely with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant construction codes, standards, and regulations.
  • Support the team with general administration and documentation management for projects.
  • Contribute to risk management, change order management, and project coordination.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience as a Contract Administrator in the residential construction industry, specifically with high-end or luxury homes.
  • Proven experience managing projects valued at $10 million or more.
  • Strong understanding of budgeting, cost management, and financial tracking in construction projects.
  • Ability to raise and manage Purchase Orders (POs) and handle general project coordination.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction contracts, legalities, and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
