About the Role:
An exciting leadership opportunity has arisen for an experienced Restoration Manager to join a market leader in the restoration industry. Our client specialises in water, fire, flood, chemical, and other property restoration projects across domestic and commercial sites within the Insurance and Facility Management industries. In this lead role, you will manage and mentor a team of 6, ensuring the successful delivery of restoration projects while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and mentor a team of project coordinators, technicians, and contractors
- Oversee operational management of restoration projects, including estimating, site supervision, and P&L responsibility
- Drive business development and identify new opportunities to grow the NSW restoration business
- Ensure WHS compliance, high customer satisfaction, and successful project outcomes
- Manage job costs, margins, and overheads efficiently
- Foster and maintain relationships with industry contacts, including insurance companies and facility management professionals
- Work collaboratively with national teams to support project coordination and client needs
Skills & Experience:
- Significant experience in restoration management and site-based projects
- IICRC certification preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills, must have previously managed a team
- Existing relationships within the insurance or facility management sectors
- Proven ability to manage project timelines, costs, and client expectations
- Focused on business development and driving revenue growth
