The Company

Our client is a boutique, high-end residential builder that has won a multitude of award throughout their 15+ years of operation. They are known for their high quality builds and have developed a strong reputation across the North Shore and Northern Beaches market.

The Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Pre-Construction Administrator with prior experience in a similar role with a residential home builder.

• Liaising with clients, consultants, councils and relevant authorities through the progress of the build to identify and discuss any issues, complaints, changes or updates.
• Managing client folders, contracts and other documentation
• Preparing and lodging CDC/ DA/ CC/OC with respective Authorities/Certifiers
• Ordering reports and lodging applications (Soil test/surveys, HOW, Waterboard, Engineers, Driveways etc)
• Preparing HIA contracts, Tender Documents, Preliminary Agreements, and Consents
• Managing the administrative process/workflow for the pre-construction phase through to construction

The Candidate

• Minimum 4-5 years experience within a pre-construction or pemits role with residential home builder
• Comprehensive understanding of DA/CDC/CC application requirements
• High level of organisational skills and ability to multi-task
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
