My client are a family owned small-medium sized insurance builder who due to growth are looking for their next Supervisor/Estimator to join the team!
About the role:
The role is a dual position as Supervisor/ Estimator running jobs start to finish.
- Attend sites to assess extent of damages, evaluate the necessary repairs and estimate associated costs with a high level of accuracy.
- Engage, schedule and manage trades.
- Liaise with the insured and insurer.
- Adhere to WH&S standards.
- Adhere to company KPI's
About you:
- Min 2 years experience in the insurance building industry within either a supervisor or estimator position.
- Experience across both estimating and supervising in insurance is preferable.
- QBCC site supervisor license preferred but not mandatory.
- Trade background.
- High attention to detail.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
