We are looking for a dynamic Team Administrator/Recruitment Resourcer to play a key role in the continued success of our Melbourne office. This role is a blend of administration and recruitment support, where you will be responsible for driving key administrative projects, generating high-level reports, and providing top-quality support to a busy team of consultants. Additionally, you will assist in sourcing potential candidates for roles within the construction industry.

You will be part of a high-performing team that values professionalism, collaboration, and a commitment to excellence. You'll take ownership of:

  • Offering support to a busy team of recruitment consultants 
  • Calling potential candidates in the consturciton industry
  • Coordinate and provide high level administrative support to the directors and managers
  • Implementing marketing strategies and social media initiatives to improve talent flow
  • Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly management and financial reports
  • General day to day office duties
  • Ad hoc projects such as research, event management for charity days and internal events 
  • Maintaining a professional and welcoming office environment

You'll need to have:

  • Minimum 2+ years' experience in an Administration/Office Management role
  • Sales or customer service experience is advantageous but not essential
  • Strong IT skills & advanced Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook knowledge 
  • Dedication and passion for organisation and administration
  • An outgoing personality supported with complete discretion
  • High organisation skills and outstanding attention to detail 
  • A high level of initiative
  • The drive to manage various business critical projects
  • An outgoing and bubbly personality 
  • Exceptional communication and corporate presentation
