A leading residential construction company specialising in delivering high-quality single, double and triple-storey homes is seeking an Experienced Upper End Residential Site Supervisor to join their team and help maintain their reputation for delivering quality homes on time and within budget. With a strong focus on excellence, they pride themselves on building homes that exceed client expectations.

Role Overview:

As an Experienced Residential Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of residential construction sites, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality single, double and triple-storey homes. You will work closely with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure that each project is completed efficiently, on time, and to the highest standards.

- We concentrate in the $1million to $2.5 homes value in single, double and triple level homes

- This is not a role for someone coming out of the lower end construction unless they possess extraordinary skills.

- Location of homes under construction - central to southern area preferrable.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor working on high-end residential projects.

• Essential 2 storey construction experience.

• Excellent administration and communication skills.

• Attention to detail and quality minded.

• Experience working with and managing a trade base to ensure the successful execution of all aspects of the build.

• A hands-on approach with excellent knowledge of quality control, ensuring every detail is perfect.

• Trade qualification or relevant construction certifications are highly desirable.
