The Role
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager with a strong mechanical plumbing background and proven leadership experience at the site management or supervisory level. This role involves overseeing site operations, ensuring high-quality work, and leading your team to success in commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial site inspections to ensure work meets client requirements and safety standards.
• Manage and supervise all site activities, ensuring timely and high-quality completion of tasks.
• Provide leadership to the team of plumbers, ensuring smooth daily operations.
• Oversee the rough-in and fit-off work for various air conditioning systems
• Be present on-site every day, coordinating work across different locations and ensuring projects are completed on time.
• Travel across various sites, ensuring efficient daily movement and returning by the end of the day.
• Supervise a team of 15 plumbers, ensuring the smooth execution of tasks.

Key Requirements:

• Mechanical Plumber trade background with extensive experience in the HVAC industry.
• Proven experience as a Site Manager or an experienced Supervisor, ideally in a similar trade-related role.
• Ability to inspect, plan, and manage projects with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
• Flexible and willing to travel across multiple sites within the specified area.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality standards.
