Site Supervisor

This well-established builder deliver house and land estates, townhouses, and boutique medium-density projects, producing between 300-350 homes annually.

About the role:
We're looking for an experienced Site Manager to join this well-established home builder in Southwest Sydney. This company delivers between 300-350 homes annually and is known for its high-quality residential projects. Projects are split between approx. 18 supervisors, based on location. You will be required to oversee 20 - 25 residential builds at one time.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Overseeing 20-25 residential builds at a time, ensuring they're completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard
• Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and workers to ensure smooth and efficient operations across all sites
• Reporting on project progress, issues, and timelines to senior management
• Ensuring all sites meet safety requirements, maintaining a safe working environment at all times
• Working closely with the construction team, including area managers and supervisors, to keep everything on track

What We're Looking For:

• At least 4-5 years of experience in residential site supervision
• Must be trade qualified and hold a Cert IV in Building and Construction.
• A solid understanding of the construction process and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong communication and leadership skills to manage teams and subcontractors effectively
• Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve on the fly
• A hands-on, proactive approach to managing construction sites
