This company focus on high profile projects and delivering them to a superior standard has seen this company become one of the main players in Melbournes industrial market.

They understand that construction isn't the easiest industry but want you to still enjoy coming into work and maintain a strong bond to your team. They look for people with experience and the correct personality to fit in with the rest of the business. A person that will take ownership of a project and take it through to the end is a must, but they will be able to offer you the same ownership by providing the resources and people to maintain a project to its strict protocol.

The Role:

· Maintaining a clean and tidy site.

· Client Liaison.

· Site Coordination / Trade Coordination.

· Inductions (All staff every morning).

· Walkthroughs (New subbies on site).

· SWMS (Safe Work Method) review - every activity needs one of these filled in to ensure everyone has had training and understands the risks.

· Toolbox meetings (New additions to the safety brief i.e. new hazards or changes to design resulting in new dangers).

Skills and experience required:

· An excellent construction programming and planning ability will be necessary to maintain your projects in line with other team mates.

· Outstanding industry references.

· Be highly organised, and have exceptional time management skills.

· Relevant industry qualifications and licences.

· Be highly motivated and able to push the job to keep it on track.

· You will have a minimum of 2 + years of supervising at the top end of the market, a customer service focus and immaculate attention to detail.
