About The Company

They a long standing leading electrical contractor who deliver a variety of mission critical projects such as health care, transport infrastructure, commercial and more. They have been around for 40+ years and have a solid team of experience staff who have been with us for many many years as well as a fantastic Senior Leadership Team.

Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Construction Manager / Project Director located in Sydney, NSW. The role involves overseeing and managing large construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery. Responsibilities include planning, coordinating, and budgeting projects, as well as collaborating with stakeholders and teams to achieve project goals. Right now they are looking for someone who has ideally delivered jobs over $20m electrical value. They work with some major head contractors so if you have established relationships with tier 1 and 2 head contractors that would be advantageous.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in electrical construction management or project director roles
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage construction projects effectively
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and safety standards
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
• Proficiency in project management software and MS Office suite
• Electrical trade background
