Lead and mentor a maintenance team at a major underground mine in WA's Great Sandy Desert. FIFO 8:6 roster, $85/hr, with career growth opportunities

Your Role:
- Lead and mentor a team of HD Fitters, Auto Electricians, and Boilermakers
- Oversee mobile plant maintenance, diagnostics, servicing, and repairs
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
- Work closely with senior site leaders to optimize fleet performance
What We're Looking For:
- Trade qualification - Heavy Diesel, Plant Mechanic, or equivalent
- Proven experience in mobile plant maintenance (underground and surface)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and support a high-performing team
- FIFO experience in underground mining highly regarded
- Safety-focused mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- At this stage only Permanent Residents or Citizens of Australia are able to be considered
