About the Company

Our client is a bespoke, high-end builder with over 15 + years experience in the construction industry across complete knock down re-builds and renovation projects. Producing between 30 - 40 projects annually, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with a highly experienced team across a range of bespoke projects and homes.

About the Role

Reporting to one of the Directors, you will be responsible for producing sales tenders, variations and more. Experience with custom or bespoke residential projects with be highly regarded and favourable for this role.

Duties

• Sales estimating of a diverse range of projects including complete knock down re-builds, complete bespoke homes and renovation projects
• Organising pre-site tender inspections
• Preparation, estimating, and client sign off for variation of contracts throughout various stages of the project - including post-contract, drafting, planning and construction
• Liaising with internal stakeholders including (architects, designers, and pre-construction)
• Updating pricing structure as required to ensure accuracy and profitability
• Preparing scope of works for Tenders and Contracts
• Maintaining thorough knowledge of current Building Codes and Regulations

Skills & Experience

• Minimum 5-7 years estimating experience with a local residential builder is non-negotiable
• Diploma in Building and Construction or trade background will be highly regarded
• Prior experience using estimating and tendering software
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills when dealing supervisors, suppliers, trades, and contractors
