Our client is a longstanding luxury construction and development company based on the Gold Coast, who specialise in boutique high end residential projects.
They are a down to earth team of dedicated professionals working together to push boundaries is what makes them so unique in the bespoke market. As they set out for an incredible year of growth they are now looking to expand and grow the team and are now looking for someone to grow with the business.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The role is suitable for someone who comes from a construction background in home building. It's ideal if you have a project management background working on high end homes supporting with compliance, standards across the business, budgeting and timeframe management. Responsible for all project management including financial, construction, quality and safety measures through to handover.
Currently the workbook consists of projects servicing the Gold Coast building homes where each project is completely different. You will work side by side with the directors of the company receiving support in the role but also able to deliver ideas and strategies of your own.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITES
- Internal and external communication and management across all sectors
- Scheduling and timeline management
- Quality control and problem solving
- Compliance and safety management
- Completing both internal and external reports
PRIOR EXPERIENCE
- Prior experience as a project management in construction is essential
- Ability to work towards targets effectively including budget, time and quality management
- Experience leading a team
